Advertisement

When you’re ready to go, we will advertise your property on marketing platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation, Onthemarket etc. and all you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for offers to fly through.

Conducting your own viewing & finding the right tenant

No one knows more about your property than you! Rioten allows landlords to meet and select their own future tenants. You can set up availability slots for viewings on your online calendar, which prospective tenants can pick and choose from.

Offers

We will immediately notify you via email once an offer has been made with the details below:

Rental offer per week or month
Move in date
Duration (months)
Number of tenants

Your task will be to simply accept or reject the offer.

Referencing & deposit protections

Once an offer has been accepted, we will take a holding deposit and we will keep you protected by getting your tenant referenced and their security deposit protected.

Tenant moving in

We will draft the tenancy agreement and email it to you once you’re happy with it, we’ll send this across to the tenant so they can sign and move in.
